£5m fit out for medical manufacturer including laboratories, cold stores, lecture theatre and offices, goods lift. Full design carried out for the client, project completed April 2011.

Ritz Carlton Hotel Bahrain
Remodelling of external areas, new restaurants and Pool areas, external lighting, mist systems etc.
Thomas Rotherham College
Phase 1, extensions and refurbishment, traditional full design duties with specification and technical surveillance. Total construction value £1.5 million.
Hertford Regional College
New SLDD Disabled Use Training Building and refurbished listed building Amwell House, appointed by the College. Project value £5 million, full design duties as a traditional contract.
Queens College, Edgbaston
Refurbishment of library and common areas at the Edgbaston Site, full design of M&E services, traditional duties.
Akeley Wood 6th Form Centre
New 2 storey 6th form centre with recording studios, general classrooms and textiles areas.
JRA carried out full design duties and technical surveillance, including Acoustic advice for the rooms generally, and Acoustic design for the Recording Studio.
Coventry University Jaguar Building
Refurbishment, extension and courtyard infill to the Jaguar Building at Coventry University to a high standard.
JRA carried out full design duties from concept through to completion, including construction stage monitoring, now working on phase 2.
Naturally ventilated spaces throughout with fully automatic controls helped to reduce energy costs.
