Practical Overview and Structure

The Directors have a combined experience of over 50 years in building services engineering and during that time we have fulfilled all roles as contractors, designers and consultants.

“Our established work ethic remains in providing a friendly, efficient, technically sound, and commercially aware service to our fast growing client base.”

We have worked at all levels within the construction team and the client professional team and we have developed a deep understanding of all processes and priorities and we have an empathy with all other members of the team.

The result of our wide experience is that we can fully protect our client’s interests whilst also cooperating with other members of the team to achieve the common goal.

Our M&E specifications are continually developed and refined to reflect our deep and expanding knowledge of respective disciplines in the context of changing legislative requirements and new technologies not to mention environmental and economic pressures too.

The result is that our specifications are fully comprehensive, unambiguous and leave nothing open to interpretation. Our specifications state precisely what is required from the Contractor for each discipline and for each stage of the works.

Principals each maintain membership of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) The Institute of Acoustics  (IOA), the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE). The practice is a member of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE), Approved SBEM and SAP Assessors, Registered Low Carbon Consultants. BREEAM Assessors, and Code For Sustainable Homes Assessors. We are also registered to provide commercial and domestic Energy Performance Certificates.

Directors are also qualified engineers responsible for day to day technical management, along with the senior engineers.

All projects are overseen by one of the Directors, all of whom are working engineers attending project meetings. Senior and Principle engineers lead the projects and attend project meetings, junior engineers and technicians are generally office based or in training.
